Vintage GE Kidney Bowl Oscillating Electric Trunnion Mount 16 Brass Fan 891718

  
Patent date of June 25, 1901. I believe this fan was manufactured around 1912 - 1914. Speed controlled by slide switch on base.

One of the "ears" is broken off the oscillating lever. Some damage on ends of blades.

There is a visible crack in the rear kidney bowl gear housing near the oscillating switch - see close up photo. Only 3 rubber feet on bottom (there are 6 holes). Looks like the bottom plate has been replaced.

The center GE logo plate seems to not be vertical as was originally - not sure if it was "repaired" and not put back on straight? I did not do any repairs personally on this fan.
