Vintage General Electric Free Standing Water Cooler Working Compressor orig. Jug

  

Vintage General Electric Free Standing Water Cooler. The base unit is approx. 15x15x15x41 and the height to the top of the water jug is 57. Working Compressor, but, needs a new belt. The last time I ran it it was in the 80's and it got and kept the water nice and cold.

A thorough internal cleaning will be inorder for this great cooler to be more than a display piece. I've been hauling this cooler around for 50+ years and it's spent most of that time in storage, so, it needs a good home. This was from my grandparents grocery/furniture/appliance stores from the 30' to the 80's... Not sure of the production date, but, probably 40/50's. Nice art deco, mid-century modern vibe.
