Vintage General Electric 12 Brass Blade 3 Speed Desk Fan. #509803 WORKS
Antique General Electric Fan from early 1900s. Most Recent Patent year date: 1901. Fan Works at all 3 speeds. Level 1 is apparently the highest level; levels 2 and 3 are quite a bit slower, so I'm not sure if the adjustment is working properly, as designed. Please note: I'm quite sure that this is NOT an oscillating type however.
