Vintage 16 General Electric AOU 3-Speed fan with Brass Blades, GE Catalog Number 75425. Works good on all 3 speeds, fairly quiet and smooth. I believe this oscillates, but I can't figure it out how as I'm no expert.

Brass blades need a good cleaning, the original cord has some tape wrapped around the upper portion, and one of the blades has some cuts on the outer edge (see last 2 pics).
