Vintage GE General Electric 3 Speed Portable Roll-Around Box Fan. The fan itself is in good working order - all speeds work but low does have a slight wobble.

The fan moves more air on low than most fans do on high. Medium and High are completely usable with very little vibration. There is typical wear and scuffs/scratches from this unit as it is from the'60s!
