General Electric Vintage Smokey The Bear Clock National Parks 1958 Tested

  

The clock motor works as well as the minutes hand. The hour hand doesn't seem to turn as it should. Should be a simple fix, but I'm not sure what I'm doing with it. Sides show some wear with age as well as a little bit of water damage on the back. There is some glue holding the motor to the face shown in picture.
