Antique Mid Century General Electric Vintage Electric Fan. A+ Cond, Works Well

  
Fresh from an estate is a General Electric fan manufactured in the 1940s and marketed under the Vortalex name. The fan is in beautiful original condition, and shows very little signs of use. The tan paint is generally bright and shiny (with some age appropriate scratches and wear), the cord is original and in good condition, and the original brown felt on the bottom of the fan is still present and in good condition. The fan is a three speed model (high - medium - low) and may be operated stationary or oscillating. Best of all, the fan runs beautifully -- and oscillates smoothly -- on three distinct speeds. The blades measure 16 in diameter -- this fans puts out a lot of air! The width is 18.5", height is 20.25" and depth is 11.5. If you are looking for a stylish vintage fan in outstanding original condition and ready to use, look no further! The fan would look especially terrific in a mid century home or space.
