Fan stands 16 3/4th inches in height from top to bottom. Cage on fan measures 13 inches across. Fan weighs a little over 20lbs. Fan does and will run, but the cord is badly frayed and must be replaced. We plugged it in and it starting running, but sparks came off the cord, so we quickly unplugged it, so we HIGHLY recommend you replace the cord.

Fan is 3 speed as shown, and is made to oscillate. The bar on the back that controls the oscillating is undone and not connected as shown, so will need to be put back in place for fan to oscillate.
