Vintage Turquoise GE General Electric Clock Radio Bluetooth model 913. Up for sale is this gorgeous GE ready to rock radio. When this came to our shop it had a giant whole in the face where it had caught fire. Instead of throwing it away we referbished it into this amazing bluetooth speaker! The original numbers for tuning were non existing, so we custom made a font and recesed it into the face. The needle still works and the light behind has been converted to LED so no more fires haha. The light follows behind the needle as you "tune it". The radio no longer receives signal but you can turn the Bluetooth and light on by rotating the left knob. We highly value this choice because most dont make use of original knobs, while we feel thats a big part of our radios. The clock works, its on a 1 aaa battery accessed by taking off the back panel.

The radio has been converted from one speaker to 2 speakers, one modern 6 in and a 6 in subwoofer. This radio kicks like no other. The body is vinyl wrapped in a gloss turquoise, While the face has a one of a kind chrome vinyl grill. There are non like this, and probably wont be another!

The face still has 2 stress cracks towards the 12.... This was a major normal design flaw with these radios.
