I have never used the meat thermometer and do not know if it works, but it is bright and shiny in it box, so probably. It is hard to say goodbye, but it is time for this beauty to leave my kitchen.
It is in good working order, but not perfect. The ovens seem to run a little hot. The push buttons for the burners have lights in varying colors, but some are not working.
The second (2) setting on the right front burner is cooler than the 3 setting. There is some wear around all of the burners, the right front is worst, but I think still very minor. The flat surface also has wear and small scratches that I have tried to show in photos, but they don't really show up. I did not work very hard to clean it, you could do better I'm sure. I will do my best to accommodate. Check the photos carefully as I tried to honestly show what you are getting. Please contact me and ask as many questions as you like. I will take more pictures as necessary. The item "Vintage General Electric Stove Aqua 1956 Liberator Double Oven Rang 1J408N Works" is in sale since Monday, December 23, 2019.
