Vintage General Electric GE Tube Police Radio 2 Way Base Station RARE Impressive

  
Here is a very cool, vintage General Electric police 2 way radio. This is a big, impressive looking radio, with a few lights and a great space age look. I did plug it in a turn it on. It power up, I can hear static, the power and transmit lights work fine. I think the 2 1/4 jacks were added to the radio, likely one for a mic and maybe one for headphones. It weighs just over 30lbs.

It has no damage, all controls move as they should, there are no dents, no rust, no scratches, just normal wear. It is very rare, I have only seen 2 others online, and no others for sale anywhere. This item is in the category "Collectibles\Historical Memorabilia\Police\Other Police Collectibles".
