Vintage GE General Electric TV Radio Service Tube Advertising Light Up Clock. My dad restored and repaired antique.

Radios for over 40 years. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in August 2018 and passed away February 1, 2019. I believe that he was working on this when he got really sick and could not finish it. I have been hanging on to it in hopes that I could finish what he started but have been unable to do that. My dad would not have wanted this stored away for the las six years like it has been. The outside of the clock is metal (looks chrome), all the pieces are there to put it together and the glass for the front is in perfect condition. I checked the clock mechanism and the lights and they are all wired and working, there is a thick rubber band in there for a proper seat.

There is no hole drilled in the glass for the hands and the numbers have not been painted on the glass yet. It really just needs to be completed. I do my best to describe my items and any issues.
