This is a Vintage GE 16 3 speed Vortalex tilting and oscillating Desk Fan. The blades spin freely when spun by hand. It has some wear and tear as can be seen in the photos.

The felt bottom is torn and damaged. The existing wiring is frayed and has some electrical tape. Please see pictures for overall condition. The catalog # on fan base is FM16V1. It weighs a little over 17 Lbs.
