Vintage 1950's GE General Electric 16 Vortalex F11V163 Metal Fan. High throws a huge amount of air for a 16 fan. They don't make them like this anymore.

Looks good for its age. The internal oscillation gearbox often contains decades-old dried grease. A thorough teardown, cleaning, and re-greasing are typically required to make the oscillation mechanism glide smoothly without binding up. See pictures for cosmetic condition and details.
