ALL 3 FAN SPEEDS WORK NICE. THE OSCILATING PART WORKS BUT SEEMS TO NEED A PUSH TO GET IT GOING, THEN IT WORKED FINE, SO IT MAY NEED A LITTLE WORK THERE.

HEIGHT ADJUST FROM 48" TO APPROX 69" (IT MAY GO UP SLIGHLY MORE). FAN IS HEAVY APPROX 36 POUNDS AND BIG. PROBABLY BEST TO GET IT SERVICED BEFORE USE. THEY DONT MAKE FANS LIKE THIS ANYMORE!!!
