This bulb is an incredible survivor from the dawn of indoor electrical illumination and features an exceptionally rare configuration that belongs in a museum or premium collection. Historical Highlights: Intact Original Paper Decal: Retains its original factory paper inspection sticker cleanly affixed to the upper neck, reading 16 c. Thomson-Houston Base: Features the distinct, historical white porcelain insulated ring base setup used briefly during the late 1890s transition era. Tipped Glass & Loop Filament: Classic hand-blown glass structure featuring the prominent glass exhaust nipple tip on the crown. The delicate, dual-loop carbon filament is visually fully intact and unbroken. The glass envelope is beautifully clear with zero clouding or burn darkening, and the white porcelain ring base remains firmly set.
