Vintage General Electric Sun Lamp Floor Model Type B
This is a distinctly rare, one-of-a-kind 1933 General Electric floor sun lamp that you will likely not find elsewhere - and complete right down to the user's manual and the original bulb, which contains a small blob of liquid mercury. The lamp and bulb were in actual working condition in recent years, but more recently the lamp has stopped working (the bulb likely being the likely problem). Regardless, in a nod to modern lighting, you may very well want to rewire this lamp with new components to restore it to a working condition, whether or not you intend to use it AS a sunlamp, or just as a unique piece of lighting. Either way, it will be a brilliant conversation centerpiece. The original user manual is, of course, included.
