Antique 1920 General Electric Vortalex Fan 18 inch Form V. My understanding is that Form V dates fan to 1919-20. Very nice fan that runs well and oscillates. Previous owner rewired and bypassed original switch placing new switch in power cord as shown.

Not sure fan blades originally black or if they were painted. Gives it a sleek look in my opinion.
